Guests must report any property damage to host. *No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. *Using our internet for illegal activities such as pirating content will lead to a $500 fine *For your safety and ours, the exterior of the the home include surveillance; tampering with the security system (including covering the camera) will result in the immediate termination of your reservation *Pet must be approved prior to booking and a photo of the pet must be provided *A $15 per day/per pet fee *Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture at anytime during stay *Pets must be taken out to do their business outside; guest must pick up dog waste and throw it away in the outside trash can *Pet cannot mark indoors *Pet cannot be washed or showered in tubs or sinks *There are exterior cameras on the property that may record video and audio of exterior. Noise detection technology may be used inside the apartment to monitor excessive noise levels. *Mail and packages not allowed to be shipped to the property. *Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames FEES: Lost TV remote control will result in a $50 Charge FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $25. If not vacating on time leads to other losses (including guest refunds) you will be billed for those as well FEES: $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation (including having unauthorized visitors between 10 pm and 7:30 am) FEES: Pet urinating inside will result in a $200 floor disinfecting charge FEES: Pet showered in tub or sinks will result in a $200 charge FEES: Tampering with security system (including covering camera) will result in $250 charge FEES: The cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest. If the property is left unreasonably dirty or results in excessive cleaning, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee.
